While not all artists are comfortable with the term ‘surf art’, it certainly makes it easier to search for artists whose work focusses on surfing and surf culture. Like it or not, over the years surf art has become very popular, and surf industry brands have used this popularity to create beautiful and unique event artwork and posters for the surfing competitions they sponsor.
