Originally from the Midwest, I discovered my love for surf photography on the East coast in Savannah, GA while attending Savannah College of Art and Design. After graduating with a BFA in Photography, I came out to West coast, and became a freelance photographers asssistant for over 10 of San Diego's finest photographers. Two and a half years later, itching to persue my own work, I left downtown and moved to the North County, San Diego.
I currently reside in Encinitas, having fallen deeper for surf photography and the surf lifestyle while becoming a surfer myself. I primarily shoot film, 35mm as well as medium format, as well as digital. Baja is among my favorite landscapes to shoot, and traveling to new breaks is my ongoing quest. My images reflect my passion for the lifestyle and all facets of surf.
