| Biography I'm Lee Kelly, fluking my way through surf photography!!! When I was younger a lot of my friends started becoming sponsored bodyboarders and they were the guys I used to travel with finding waves all over the world. All of a sudden my friends were being paid to go on trips WITHOUT me. I figured I really should find a way to continue my lifestyle with my friends so I started videoing them and selling the footage to video makers. After a couple of years there was a demand for photos. We couldnt believe there were no guys shooting really in Sydney so I got myself an EOS 630 rig and the very first time I shot water I nailed a heap of editorial and a Quiksilver and Morey Boogie ad!!! I was hooked CH-CHING!!! I live at a place called Tamarama Beach in Sydney (next to Bondi), it's honestly the most amazing little gorgeous city beach also named 'Glamourama' because of all the beautiful people who swim there. I should become a celebrity stalker, oops i mean photographer... I'd clean up!!! My work is pretty stock standard, I haven't really tried to find new angles or any of that bullshit I'd rather nail a perfect run of the mill shot instead of missing a heap of amazing waves trying to get upside down and inside out. I'm 28yrs old and I'm lucky enough to score the odd covershot or double page spread.
